We bought a new Troy Bilt snow blower from Menards, and after a couple hours of use, it quit working. The drive mechanism for the wheels failed. I brought the snow blower in and they got the warranty work done right away. They showed me the parts they replaced when I came in to pick it up. They unloaded and loaded the snow blower for me since I had it in the back of my truck. We have been using the snow blower a lot with all this snow we're getting, and it works great! Highly recommended!
